Clothed in Grace looks like...

(from an Amplified reading of Colossians 1:2-29)

To the consecrated people of God... to the believing and faithful in Christ...

May you experience God's divine influence within you accomplishing His will in your life.
May you experience heart peace from God.

Through TRUE GRACE, may you find yourself...

  1. Continually giving thanks to God as you pray
  2. Leaning your entire human personality on Him in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness,
  3. Having love which you show for all the God's consecrated ones,
  4. Having hope of experiencing what is reserved and waiting for you in heaven,
  5. Bearing fruit and growing ever since the day you first heard and came to know and understand the grace of God in truth,
  6. Expressing God's love toward others through the Holy Spirit within you,
  7. Being filled with the full knowledge of His will in comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God and in understanding and discernment of spiritual things,
  8. Living and behaving yourselves in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him and desiring to please Him in all things,
  9. Bearing fruit in every good work and steadily growing and increasing in fuller, deeper, and clearer insight, acquaintance, and recognition of God,
  10. Invigorated and strengthened with all power according to His might to exercise every kind of endurance and patience, perseverance and forbearance, with joy,
  11. Practicing giving thanks to the Father,
  12. No more estranged and alienated from God and of hostile attitude of mind in your activities,
  13. Accepting and embracing warnings and admonishments and instruction in all wisdom and insight into the ways and purposes of God, that we may become mature, full-grown, fully initiated, complete, and perfect in Christ.

Christ has qualified and made us fit to share the portion which is the inheritance of the God's holy people in the Light... having delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and transferred us into His kingdom.

In Him we have our redemption through His blood: the forgiveness of our sins.

Christ reconciled you to God in order to present you holy and faultless in His Father's presence.

And this He WILL do PROVIDED that you continue to stay in the faith , well-grounded and settled and steadfast, not shifting or moving away from the hope which is inspired by the wonderful truth of the gospel you embraced when you heard it preached and offered to you without restrictions.

Amen!
