MARKED by God

The UNION that was once understood by the word 'marriage' CANNOT be redefined.
GOD created it.

"But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female... And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh."
(Mark 10:6)

There exists only one sexual behavior that results in offspring.
I suppose we'll have to come up with a new word?

In the meantime, the abominable insanity that people want to hold up as honorable and equal to 'marriage' has now been given lawful permission to insert itself into every place of human activity where once the word 'marriage' was understood.
It is confusion!

It's like the word 'gay' (how ironic).
We can't even read that word in an early century reader anymore and think 'happiness'.
Tragic!
'Gay' and 'happy' were similar and yet distinctive from one another.
Now we're left to describe many different types of elation all with one word, 'happy'.
How primal!
There used to be a colorful vocabulary for expressing the many varied feelings and emotions we today call 'love'.
Sadly,  that word has also become overused and misused to the point of rendering it meaningless.

God designed 'marriage' for the procreation of mankind.
What can we call it now?
U-POM
(Union for the Procreation of Man)?

How many decades before civilization invents a new word for again redefining this type of union as good and necessary to producing offspring?
How long before perverted individuals again covet the use of yet another word in a hypocritical lust for the benefits and honors it conveys?

Perversion is conceived from selfishness.
When offspring became an avoidable consequence of orgasimic activity, our country became pregnant with corruption.

Raising offspring takes sacrifice. Our ancestors tried to reward that sacrifice. Today, those who are 100% selfish have claimed equal rights to those entitlements.

Fools have turned pleasure into the purpose for sex.
Pleasure was designed by the Creator as a product of His perfect design for procreation.
Beginning with Eve, the devil corrupted God's design by deceiving mankind into pursuing what was pleasing and good rather than the Creator of all that is good.
This IS what 'sin' is all about.
The deception continues to this day.

Every decision a natural man makes is based upon what seems good or most pleasant to that man or woman.
Morality is based upon the idea that there IS a supreme GOOD.
That GOOD is a person.
God is GOOD.
All definitions of 'good' MUST reflect His nature rather than the five senses of any created thing (which is variable, by the way).

"...None is good, save one, that is, God."
(Luke18:19)

Homosexuality is an abomination against God because the pleasure of the natural man is set above pleasing God.
It is akin to idolatry.
Fornication is the same.
Greed is the same.
Pride is the same.
ANYTHING that takes precedent to the pleasing of God IS idolatry.
So also is anything that is done expressly displeasing to God.
That thing, that act, that notion, that fantasy, that entertainment, that conversation...  chosen without regard to the Author of all IS idolatry.
A person who lives in this way IS godless and lawless despite their religious claims to 'faith'.

God made male and female to come together as one flesh for the purpose of procreation... the procreation of GODLY seed.

"And did not He make one?
...And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed."
(Mal.2:15)

This design operates throughout all of God's creation.
Don't dare attempt to find some rare exception to this 'law' of nature. God is God and He does not need to justify or explain Himself. If some species of plant justifies your sin, you have made yourself the fool that you are. It'd be more profitable to all of us that you attempt to change the law of gravity as far as it applies to you and release your offended and offensive self from this planet.

An article was recently shared about a church movement to throw baby showers for unwed mothers to encourage them to see the value of their unborn child. I respect their good intentions. And in the event that a young girl humbly confesses and repents of her sin and places herself under proper authority, I applaud the mercy shown to her by providing for her and her baby. However, I do not condone feel-good ministries to church-going religious 'christians' who have 'don't judge me' attitudes while continuing in habitual sin.

That being said, I detest the abortion industry. It is pure murder. Those who commit murder are NOT Christian and will NOT have eternal life...
"But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death."
(Rev.21.8)

Murderers will have their place in the lake of fire,  BUT who are the abominable?

"He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination."
(Pro.28.9)

This verse sadly applies to most churchgoers today.

"The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God."
(Deu.22.5)

Cross-dressers are an abomination to God. It's NOT funny.

"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.  Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines..."
(Heb.13.8-9)

One of the strangest doctrines of confusion in the church today is the latest perversion of  'love' toward homosexuals who claim the name of Christ. It's sick!

"If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them."
(Lev. 20:13)

"Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it IS abomination.
Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is CONFUSION.
Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:  And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants."
(Lev.18:22-25)

It makes me want to vomit!
And I guess that's a healthy reaction.

God told the prophet,  Ezekiel,
"And the Lord said... set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.
And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: LET NOT YOUR EYE SPARE, NEITHER HAVE YE PITY:  Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women:
BUT come NOT near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house."
(Ezk.9:4-6)

When a homosexual or ANY sinner expresses sorrow for his sin and 'turns the other direction', a true Christian will forgive and accept that person into fellowship... no matter his past. But the notion today that christians need to accept the sinner AND their sin is heretical.

Fornication is a peculiar kind of sin. It is a sin against your own body and your own body will punish you for it.
Don't blame God.
His Spirit CANNOT live within a continually defiled temple.

"Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?  For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."
(1Cor.6.18-20)

When a Christian commits sexual sin, he has violated God's property under God's jurisdiction. IF that same person claims a right to do that which God has declared abominable, he himself has reclaimed jurisdiction over his own body and Christ is NOT his Lord.

Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the cross made it possible for even this offender to repent and return his loyalty back to God. Celebration is made over the lost which have been found, NOT before.

"Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?"
(1 Cor.5.6)

Christian homosexuality is an oxymoron. It is yeast within the church and the infection is spreading to an incurable cancer. There is nothing to celebrate.

The prodigal son WAS celebrated AFTER he humbled himself, confessed his sin AS sin, and placed himself within the mercy of his father.

"I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him,
'Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,  And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.'  
But the father said to his servants,
'Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet: And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry: For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.'
And they began to be merry."
(Luke15.18-24)

Recognition of sin, sorrow for sin, confession of sin, humility in receiving correction, and a turning from sin IS manditory.

God's love and my reflection of God's love should NOT be a feel good expression of acceptance of sin.
It IS the unconditional forgiveness AFTER repentance.
IF any person follows the path of repentance, celebration is absolutely appropriate.
IF the sinful lifestyle is maintained, then I will NOT keep company with that prodigal brother or sister. I will very soon regard them as I do any other pagan. And I'm a very courteous person out and about.

"But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.  For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?  But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person."
(1Cor. 5:11-13)

God Himself called these persons WICKED.
One CANNOT, CANNOT, CANNOT choose a life of fornication or homosexuality AND privelege him or herself to bear the name 'Christian'!
It's sacrilege!

What the world does is no concern of mine except where God chooses to use me as a light or rescuer of an individual to Himself.

BUT, a person who claims the name of Christ and chooses, promotes, or supports sexual sin, or ANY sin for that matter,  IS wicked.

People know better. They really do.

"...They are without excuse:
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools."
(Rom.1:20-22)

"For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient...
Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them."
(Rom.1.26-32)

God calls homosexuality VILE.
It's VILE, people, VILE!
Those who have chosen to see homosexuality, fornication, and any other sexual sin as simply an orientation or lifestyle choice have mentally deranged themselves and God has 'given them over to a reprobate mind'.

Paul dealt with fornication found within  the church...

"It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father's wife.
And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you.
...concerning him that hath so done this deed,  In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,  To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
Your glorying is NOT good..."
(1Cor.5.1-6)

It was...
...'reported commonly'?
...they were 'glorying' rather than 'mourning'?
...those choosing fornication were to be 'taken away from among you' and 'delivered unto Satan'?
...public shunning was to help the sinner get 'saved'?

Why has making someone feel 'shame' become a bad thing?
Shame is NOT evidence of being unloved.
Shame for sin can bring conviction. Conviction can bring repentance.
And where there IS repentance there is no more room within the love of God for accusation from Satan or the church.

"To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ;  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices."
(2 Cor.2.10-11)

But the church is avoiding and even discouraging the necessary path of shame to repentance to love to obedience to relationship with God to spirit-filed living.

"For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.
He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, who hath also given unto us his holy Spirit.
But as touching brotherly love ye need NOT that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another."
(1Thes.4.7-9)

Godly sorrow brings repentance.
Worldly sorrow leads to death.
It is the way of the world for a man or woman to stay a slave to the flesh and sin.

"For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
For behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a godly sort,
WHAT carefulness it wrought in you, yea,
WHAT clearing of yourselves, yea,
WHAT indignation, yea,
WHAT fear, yea,
WHAT vehement desire, yea,
WHAT zeal, yea,
WHAT revenge!
In all things ye have approved yourselves to be clear in this matter."
(2 Cor.7:10-11)

THAT is what true Christian love and repentance looks like.

One final word...
"And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.  Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.  Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all."
(2 Thes. 3:14-16)

"Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching."
(Heb.10:25)
